The island is only accessible by water taxi or private boat.
As you exit the airport, local taxis will be waiting to drive you to the Three Island dock, about 5 minutes away.
From there, you will board a water taxi for the 10 minute ride to the Government Dock on Harbour Island.
From there, you take another taxi for the 5 minute ride to your resort.
The cost of a taxi from the airport to the ferry is $10 per person plus extra tip per bag. The ferry and the taxi from the city dock to your resort will be $5 per person with a few extra dollars for baggage handlers on the transfers.
American dollars are accepted and the exchange rate is 1:1.
Personal Escorts are available through your resort or Conch & Coconut. You will be met at the airport and guided through the entire process. Keep your wallet in your pocket; your escort will handle all fees.
Easy peasy, but not cheap.
